Home description
This is a lovely new property located on the popular Dona Pepe development. It is a special gated community where the builders have sought to build a flagship community. This includes 3 large pools, spa pool, Jacuzzi and splash pools for children.
The property has been furnished to a high specification and design as it is a property we use as our holiday home. It is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning and satellite TV. It is a 30 second walk to the communal pools and in our view has the advantage that you can either lounge around the pools or enjoy a bit more peace and quiet in either the front or back patio’s.
It is ideally situated within easy walking distance of all local amenities. There are also several championship golf courses a short drive away.
