Welcome to Our Holiday Villa

Hola mis amigos!

The house was built in 2008 and is situated within a gated complex of
Albarmar in Ciudad Quesada, which is located on the Costa Blanca in
Spain. The property is a 30-minute drive from either Murcia/ Alicante aiports.

The house is built over two floors with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large
open planned lounge/ dining room and separate kitchen.

On the ground floor the lounge has been furnished to a high standard with leather sofas, dinning table which sits six people, flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod docking station, a good selection of DVD’s, books, play station2 and games.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/ freezer & microwave. There are three bedrooms, which includes 2 twins one which is situated on the ground floor. The two bedrooms upstairs have fitted double wardrobes, a safe and access to large verandas, which have sun loungers and chairs.

The property has air conditioning /central heating and is fitting with a security grills and alarm system. Just outside the house is secure on-street parking.

To the front of the house there is everything you would need to relax including seating on the veranda, there is a large patio area where there is a table for six people, umbrella, sun loungers & bbq. To the rear of the house is a small garden
with table and chairs for four people and a utility room.

On the complex there are 3 separate pools including kid’s splash pool
and Jacuzzi which are about 100 metres from house.

It is a 5-minute drive, or a 15-minute walk into Quesada. There are a number of beaches a short drive away including the award winning blue flag beach of Guardamar. This is about a 10-minute drive away.

Within the area of Quesada, there are plenty of bars, restaurants,
Aqua Park, Golf Club and Quesada Country Club.
